Je vais d\u00e9composer les bases et montrer comment identifier en toute confiance le type de gradation utilis\u00e9 dans votre driver LED.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comprendre les bases : qu\u2019est-ce que la gradation leading-edge par rapport \u00e0 la gradation trailing-edge ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains drivers LED sont bruyants et scintillent lors de la gradation. D\u2019autres restent silencieux et fluides. La raison ? Diff\u00e9rentes technologies de gradation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La gradation leading-edge (TRIAC) coupe la tension alternative au d\u00e9but de l\u2019onde. La gradation trailing-edge (ELV ou MOSFET) la coupe \u00e0 la fin. Ils contiennent des condensateurs, des inductances et des circuits int\u00e9gr\u00e9s qui r\u00e9agissent aux formes d'onde de tension. Une inad\u00e9quation entre le driver et le variateur peut provoquer des probl\u00e8mes visibles. C'est pourquoi nous devons examiner attentivement la compatibilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi c\u2019est important : l\u2019importance de la compatibilit\u00e9 entre driver et gradateur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une inad\u00e9quation entre un variateur et votre driver LED peut entra\u00eener des plaintes clients, des probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou une d\u00e9faillance du produit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Utiliser le mauvais type de gradation entra\u00eene des scintillements, une dur\u00e9e de vie r\u00e9duite des LED et m\u00eame une surchauffe. Les drivers peuvent surchauffer ou tomber en panne pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Probl\u00e8mes de garantie<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreux fabricants annulent la garantie si la gradation est effectu\u00e9e avec des dispositifs incompatibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mon exp\u00e9rience personnelle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de ma carri\u00e8re dans le domaine des LED, j'ai associ\u00e9 un lot de variateurs TRIAC \u00e0 de nouveaux drivers compatibles ELV. Tout semblait correct en laboratoire, mais une fois install\u00e9s, les clients se sont plaints de bourdonnements et de scintillements. Nous avons d\u00fb rappeler les unit\u00e9s. Depuis lors, je v\u00e9rifie toujours la compatibilit\u00e9 des variateurs en amont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sp\u00e9cifications cl\u00e9s \u00e0 v\u00e9rifier sur l\u2019\u00e9tiquette du driver LED<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous n'avez pas besoin d'ouvrir le driver ou de deviner. D'autres le mentionnent dans la section \u201c compatibilit\u00e9 de gradation \u201d. Ne supposez jamais\u2014v\u00e9rifiez toujours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pourquoi les \u00e9tiquettes ne suffisent pas toujours<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Certains drivers g\u00e9n\u00e9riques indiquent seulement \u201c gradable \u201d sans pr\u00e9ciser le type. Dans ces cas, des tests suppl\u00e9mentaires sont n\u00e9cessaires (plus de d\u00e9tails ci-dessous).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indices visuels et de performance pendant le fonctionnement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si l'\u00e9tiquette est absente, vos yeux et vos oreilles peuvent fournir des indices sur la m\u00e9thode de gradation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les bourdonnements, scintillements ou une mauvaise gradation \u00e0 bas niveau indiquent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des probl\u00e8mes TRIAC. Une gradation fluide et silencieuse est un signe de contr\u00f4le ELV ou \u00e0 front descendant.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Indices que vous pouvez observer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Scintillement lors de la gradation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La gradation TRIAC rencontre souvent des difficult\u00e9s avec les LED de faible puissance. Vous pouvez observer un scintillement visible lorsque la forme d'onde de puissance est coup\u00e9e trop t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bourdonnement audible<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Si le driver ou le variateur bourdonne, il s'agit probablement d'une inad\u00e9quation TRIAC. Les variateurs ELV sont plus silencieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gradation incoh\u00e9rente<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Des sauts soudains de luminosit\u00e9 ou des zones mortes indiquent une inad\u00e9quation de coupe de phase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fluidit\u00e9 \u00e0 faibles niveaux de gradation<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Les variateurs \u00e0 front descendant permettent un contr\u00f4le plus fluide \u00e0 l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 basse de la luminosit\u00e9. Cela est particuli\u00e8rement important pour l'\u00e9clairage d'ambiance ou un usage r\u00e9sidentiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un test de terrain que j\u2019utilise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je transporte toujours une bo\u00eete de test avec des variateurs TRIAC et ELV. Je branche des drivers inconnus et j'observe leur comportement.
