Puis des scintillements apparaissent. Les luminaires bourdonnent ou refusent de se graduer correctement. Le vrai probl\u00e8me est souvent une technologie de gradation TRIAC mal comprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La gradation TRIAC fonctionne en coupant une partie de la forme d'onde CA \u00e0 l'aide d'un contr\u00f4le par d\u00e9coupage de phase. La phase avant supprime le d\u00e9but de chaque cycle, tandis que la phase inverse supprime la fin. J'aide souvent les clients \u00e0 comprendre comment cette technologie ancienne interagit avec les drivers LED modernes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comprendre la diff\u00e9rence entre la gradation en phase avant et en phase inverse aide \u00e0 \u00e9viter les scintillements, les bourdonnements et les probl\u00e8mes de compatibilit\u00e9. Dans ce guide, j'expliquerai comment fonctionne la gradation TRIAC et comment concevoir un syst\u00e8me de gradation LED stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu'est-ce que la gradation TRIAC dans l'\u00e9clairage LED ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreux ing\u00e9nieurs supposent que la gradation TRIAC est obsol\u00e8te. Mais de nombreux projets d'\u00e9clairage l'utilisent encore. Les probl\u00e8mes apparaissent lorsque les drivers LED ne fonctionnent pas correctement avec ces gradateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La gradation TRIAC est une m\u00e9thode de gradation \u00e0 coupure de phase qui r\u00e9duit la puissance CA en coupant une partie de la forme d'onde \u00e0 l'aide d'un interrupteur semi-conducteur TRIAC. Le driver doit interpr\u00e9ter correctement cette forme d'onde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mon exp\u00e9rience dans des projets r\u00e9els<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans de nombreux projets, j'examine les sp\u00e9cifications des drivers. Je recherche toujours <strong>des listes de compatibilit\u00e9 avec les variateurs test\u00e9s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si un fournisseur \u00e9crit simplement <strong>\u201c dimmable TRIAC \u201d<\/strong> mais ne fournit pas de variateurs test\u00e9s, le produit a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une compatibilit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e. J'ai vu de nombreuses installations souffrir de scintillement \u00e0 cause de cela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les fabricants professionnels de drivers LED fournissent normalement :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des listes de mod\u00e8les de variateurs test\u00e9s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des courbes de gradation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Des informations sur la charge minimale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces d\u00e9tails montrent que le driver a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour une gradation TRIAC stable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment fonctionne la technologie de gradation TRIAC par d\u00e9coupage de phase ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beaucoup de gens pensent que la gradation r\u00e9duit simplement la tension. Mais la gradation TRIAC fonctionne diff\u00e9remment. Elle modifie la forme d'onde CA au lieu de r\u00e9duire la tension en continu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La gradation TRIAC par coupure de phase contr\u00f4le la luminosit\u00e9 en retardant l'angle de conduction de la forme d'onde CA. Les conceptions de drivers m\u00e9diocres vont :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vaciller<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S'interrompre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sauter des niveaux de luminosit\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les bons drivers maintiennent une sortie stable m\u00eame lorsque l'angle de conduction est petit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu'est-ce que la gradation en phase avant (front de mont\u00e9e) ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La gradation en phase avant est la m\u00e9thode de gradation la plus ancienne. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour l'\u00e9clairage \u00e0 incandescence il y a plusieurs d\u00e9cennies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La gradation en phase avant coupe le d\u00e9but de chaque cycle de forme d'onde CA.
