Dan verschijnt er flikkering. Lampen zoemen of weigeren correct te dimmen. Het echte probleem is vaak een verkeerd begrepen TRIAC-dimtechnologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TRIAC-dimmen werkt door een deel van de AC-golfvorm af te snijden met behulp van fase-aansnijding. Voorwaartse fase verwijdert het begin van elke cyclus, terwijl omgekeerde fase het einde verwijdert. Het begon met gloeilampen. Tegenwoordig vertrouwen veel LED-systemen er nog steeds op omdat de ge\u00efnstalleerde basis van wanddimmers enorm is. Ik help klanten vaak begrijpen hoe deze oude technologie interageert met moderne LED-drivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Het begrijpen van het verschil tussen voorwaartse fase- en omgekeerde fase-dimmen helpt flikkering, zoemen en compatibiliteitsproblemen te voorkomen. In deze gids leg ik uit hoe TRIAC-dimmen werkt en hoe u een stabiel LED-dimsysteem ontwerpt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat is TRIAC-dimmen in LED-verlichting?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Veel ingenieurs gaan ervan uit dat TRIAC-dimmen verouderd is. Maar veel verlichtingsprojecten gebruiken het nog steeds. Problemen ontstaan wanneer LED-drivers niet correct werken met deze dimmers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TRIAC-dimmen is een fase-aansnijdim methode die AC-vermogen reduceert door een deel van de golfvorm af te snijden met behulp van een TRIAC-halfgeleiderschakelaar. Het is een elektronische schakelaar die AC-spanning regelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wanneer de dimmer het moment vertraagt waarop de TRIAC inschakelt, verwijdert deze een deel van de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.electronics-tutorials.ws\/accircuits\/ac-waveform.html\">AC-golfvorm<\/a>. Dit proces wordt <strong>fase-aansnijding<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>genoemd. De LED-driver ontvangt minder energie per cyclus. Wanneer de spanning daalt, neemt de helderheid geleidelijk af.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LED-systemen zijn anders. Ze vereisen een <strong>drivercircuit<\/strong> dat de stroom regelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dus de dimmer regelt de LED niet direct. In plaats daarvan verandert hij de ingangsgolfvorm naar de driver. De driver moet die golfvorm correct interpreteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mijn ervaring in echte projecten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In veel projecten beoordeel ik driverspecificaties. Ik kijk altijd naar <strong>geteste dimmercompatibiliteitslijsten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als een leverancier alleen schrijft <strong>\u201cTRIAC dimbaar\u201d<\/strong> maar geen geteste dimmers vermeldt, heeft het product meestal beperkte compatibiliteit. Ik heb veel installaties zien lijden onder flikkeren vanwege dit probleem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Professionele LED-driverfabrikanten bieden normaal gesproken:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Geteste dimmermodellijsten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dimcurves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimale belastingsinformatie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze details tonen aan dat de driver is ontworpen voor stabiele TRIAC-dimming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hoe werkt TRIAC-fase-aansnijdimtechnologie?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Veel mensen denken dat dimmen simpelweg de spanning verlaagt. Maar TRIAC-dimming werkt anders. Het wijzigt de AC-golfvorm in plaats van de spanning continu te verlagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TRIAC-faseaansnijdimming regelt de helderheid door de geleidingshoek van de AC-golfvorm te vertragen. Deze bevat scherpe randen en harmonische ruis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LED-drivers moeten speciale circuits bevatten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ingangsfiltering<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Energieopslag<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dimdetectie<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Zonder deze functies kan de driver de golfvorm verkeerd interpreteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Echte ontwerpuitdaging<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In driverontwerp is het moeilijkste onderdeel <strong>stabiliteit bij laag dimniveau<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bij zeer lage geleidingshoeken ontvangt de driver zeer weinig energie. Slechte driverontwerpen zullen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flikkeren<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uitvallen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Helderheidsniveaus overslaan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Goede drivers behouden stabiele output, zelfs wanneer de geleidingshoek klein is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat is voorwaartse fase (leading edge) dimmen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Fase-aansnijdimming is de oudste dimmethode. Het werd tientallen jaren geleden ontworpen voor gloeilampen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fase-aansnijdimming snijdt het begin van elke AC-golfvormcyclus af. Ze gedragen zich meer als capacitieve belastingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leading edge dimmers veroorzaken vaak:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stroompieken<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zoemgeluid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flikkeren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mijn observatie uit veldinstallaties<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Veel woningen gebruiken nog steeds <strong>oude TRIAC wanddimmers<\/strong> die jaren geleden zijn ge\u00efnstalleerd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wanneer huiseigenaren gloeilampen vervangen door LED's, verschijnen er direct problemen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De dimmer zelf werkt nog steeds. Maar de LED-driver is niet ontworpen om met die golfvorm te werken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Daarom is compatibiliteitstesten zo belangrijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wat is omgekeerde fase (trailing edge) dimmen?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Reverse phase dimmen is ontwikkeld om de compatibiliteit met elektronische belastingen zoals LED-drivers te verbeteren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reverse phase dimmen snijdt het einde van elke AC-golfvorm af in plaats van het begin.
